The police providing security of the public? How is it, the US Gov believes it must provide the public security or that the public just can't handle it? Why is it you Joe Public MUST depend on the police for your safety?
I mean, when did the police last provide you with some type of safety? NEVER Police come after the fact not before. You are the online line of defense when it comes to public or private safety.
Do you really want spy drones watching your every move. Sure, they say they won't do it for wrong reasons, now why did they install the income tax then trick everyone into thinking it has to be paid by everyone even people who work for wages?
